Isabel - Lunch menu (Who is serving lunch, and how many?) Staff and Students only
Instructional Aides - helping set up / decorate 
Ray - additional tables - stage, bus transportation from Cressey to Ballico
Lizet/Christina - ParentSquare
Christina- please come over to Ballico for additional office support 
8th Grade - students
Lizet - Photo booth, comunicate schedule with all staff 
8th Grade Teachers: Please inform students that only staff and Ballico-Cressey students will be served lunch. 

Schedule:

Cressey will arrive today at 11:15 for the luncheon. 
Grades 3-5 will start their lunch service at 12:15. 
Jr high will start their lunch service at 12:30. 

Cressey and Ballico Aides will not be available to help with yard duty at recess, teachers need to help with recess coverage.
