Kindergarten Round Up
Kindergarten registrations will be taking place at Cressey School on Thursday, February 25th and Friday, February 26th from 3 pm-5 pm. The registration form is available below and can be filled out ahead of time. Along with the registration form, please bring proof of address, your child's original birth certificate, and immunization record. You will need to have proof that your child has been immunized for polio, chicken pox, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, and whooping cough. It is required that your child be 5 years of age by December 2nd, 2010. Please check the appointment schedule below for availability and call the Cressey office at 394-3031 or email Sonia Molina (smolina@ballico.k12.ca.us) to request an appointment time.
