Homework:
The student homework is passed out Friday and is due the following Thurday.
The homework is designed to require about 30 – 40 minutes daily
– 5 to 10 minutes practicing math facts and concepts,
- 5 to 10 minutes practicing the spelling words of the week
- 20 minutes of reading.

The homework packets are passed out weekly to accommodate families’ busy schedules and to allow you to plan when homework best fits your families’ schedule. Please remember the students will learn and retain more if it is daily practice as opposed to all the work being completed Wednesday night.
If the student does not make the best use of their time in class they maybe required to finish the work at home and return it the following day.
